The specifications would have the Preparations first. After that, the students will have a short Recall/Review of their previous lesson, then this is where Motivation comes in (the teacher plays a song or two related to the lesson. Another Recall happens, followed by the Discussion itself. The teacher then Interprets the discussion.
After which, Generalization and Application come in, followed lastly by Evaluation.

Time Management and Organizing of Activities
During my first lecture, I honestly had a hard time tracking the minutes spent per activity. I had a short run through prior to that, but they were my very first students, I lost track of time because I enjoyed our class discussions. However, it's a good thing that they too, remind their teachers of the time running.

With that, I was able to speed run the not so important ones and actually finish my lesson's whole run through.

Classroom Management
I admit, some students could get too rowdy at times. Another factor that affects the class would be the attention span of the students. With that, I focused on a lot of interactive activities (group work, quiz bees, etc) for my students to focus a lot during our lessons.

It came to a point wherein I used the Reward System tactic, giving our stickers and pens to my students who participated during recitation. For our quiz bowls, the winning team got a pack of erasers and stickers.

Problem-solving while Teaching and Staying in the Designated School
Like I said in my previous statement, it's all about keeping your students' attention span longer.
Another hurdle I encountered would be the language barrier. Nevertheless, they were part of an International School, they are more than equipped to have English as their medium of instruction. As for I, I settled with greetings in Bahasa Indonesia.
