SUMMARY
Overall, my experience was quite a memorable one with the SEA Teacher Program.Back in the days, I'd usually think that I had a lot of patience since I love taking care of kids. However, having to experience many scenarios itself showed the difference of theory and application. There are certain things better if applied with a traditional approach, some may be good with an innovative approach.At the end of the day, SEA Teacher reminded me of my values as an aspiring educator. That is, to have the learner's best interest at heart.
SUGGESTIONS
In every program, there will always be things that the accommodator might miss. However, growth and improvement should always be welcomed and not to be ashamed of.

In every aspect, us, the Sea Teachers have been taken care of so well. They have nurtured us to go out of our shells despite the cultural differences and language barrier. I suggest that this should be maintained or improved further.

It would be nice if batches of SEA Teacher could be in groups as well, that way, a lot of aspiring educators could have this wonderful opportunity.
I honestly thought that a month was already too long. There I was, not noticing the time flying pass by. I'd love this program to have an extension in the number of days, hopefully a month or two could be added. We're all hoping and manifesting for it.
